Triage, Maintenance, and Support: - Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), getting stakeholder sign-off of all new builds of Wiley’s proprietary Learning Management System (WileyPLUS) before release to production - Manage resourcing (and execute) smoke testing of software builds after release to production to ensure quality is withheld in new environment - Serve as triage manager for select third party integrations with WileyPLUSTechnology Selection and Evaluation: - Support Digital Delivery group in leading, co-leading and/or participating in selection and evaluation of technology solutions including: authoring tools and services, assessment capabilities, and localization Environment Management - Maintain upkeep of UAT environment: current version, database, troubleshooting issues, etc - Manage usage and incoming requests - Collaborate with other environment owners to continuously improve governance standards

Development Editor: work on all aspects of key revision including preparing proposal, financials, sales matrices, developing media plan, and working with authors on schedule and manuscript delivery.Permissions Editor: research and obtain appropriate permissions for given projectsMarket Development: research and analyze key market data and trends.

Collaborate with editorial team to develop media plan for program-wide digital content, including animations and videoDraft and edit Request for Proposals (RFPs), solicit and respond to vendor proposalsCreate and review project guidelines, workflow, and specification documentation Manage projects to meet agreed project milestones and specifications and provide ongoing reporting on project statusManage and negotiate budgets and expenses for all associated projectsCollaborate with product team to manage costs and leverage resources to achieve financial goals and maximize sales and profitabilityReduced product line authoring expenses by twenty-two percent of planned budget
