- Achieving over 99% of member dues collection each month.- Hiring, scheduling, training and development of 15+ front desk, manager on duty, and housekeeping employees.- Administering and reporting all club operational systems in budget including payroll, purchasing, inventory management.- Proper administration and timely submission of all reports, documents and info to regional supervisor.- Facility Management of club equipment.

- Planning and executing lead-generating trade-shows by managing attendee lists, preparing sales representatives, shipping, travel, incentives/giveaways and analyze post conference results to deliver to Sales Manager.

- Maintaining a historic building; orient new employees, interns and visitors. - Managing the logistics for networking, round-table, or panel discussion events in the field of science, technology, art, and or innovation. - Assisting with event promotion and media outreach in the Bay Area community.- Responsible for obtaining San Francisco Green Certification by implementing green practices for the office and events.- Responsible for all Accounts Payable/bookkeeping.
