Worked with the team that catalyzed the Spatial Biology revolution, by driving the development of multispectral imaging of multiplex immunofluorescence for the assessment of cell-to-cell spatial interactions within the tumor microenvironment.As a product manager, I drove the commercialization strategy for a number of reagent and software products. Notable product launches include: • Opal™ Automation Kits on Leica Bond, which revolutionized tissue-based, immuno-profiling assays by reducing 9-color mIF tissue staining from a 5-day, highly manual assay to a 14-hour, single touch protocol• Adaptive Cell Segmentation for inForm®, which utilized all stains tissue stains to reduce cell segmentation error to <10%, compared with 20-25% versus competition• phenoptr R-bundle, which enabled provides algorithms to spatially analyze cellular phenotypes within a tissue
