Acted as program manager for the Client Relationship Management platform. This platform addresses Rockit’s client service organization and its client acquisition and retention strategies. Responsible for the financial management, budgeting, and business strategy. Ran the merger program design and execution for The Bank of New York’s and Mellon Bank’s respective Wealth Management technology platforms. These included banking, sales and service applications, portfolio management and trading applications, risk management and accounting platforms. Achieved integration on time 5 months.Acted as central focal point for all cross-Wealth Management Technology initiatives such as the deployment of a new base pay structure, the deployment of a new SDLC, and the deployment of a new project management and time tracking tool. Facilitated the completion of capital plan, operational budget and resource plan. Conduct all financial reporting for Wealth Management Technology, including monthly capitalization and expense monitoring.Designed and established an Investment Advisor Group to exploit new open architecture platform for discretionary investment management accounts. Led Senior Management in a comprehensive program to strengthen compliance to AML and KYC policies. This included 27 projects. Directed the review of 6k relationships, 27k clients and 100k accounts within a one year timeframe.
