- Designed and implemented program of professional development (sales, negotiation, client service, telephone etiquette etc.), delivered soft skills trainings and e-learning courses, implemented new learning activities (public speaking club, debates, book club etc.), prepared content for LMS: life span in the company increased from 1 to 6 months.- Designed and realized L&D project for specialists of telemarketing (product trainings, series of soft skills trainings, games, online-marathon, sales book): conversion increased from 5 % to 50 %.- Implemented Trainers's Club for 20 specialists, responsible for adaptation and learning of newcomers: quality of client consultation reached the required value.- Created gamification program to promote personal development: the number of trainings increased 4 times, the quantity of participants – 5 times.Company size: 600 employees (100 remote).
