Scaled from < 10M users to over 40M users.* Redesigned and implemented logging architecture to handle ~2TB log data daily.* Created tooling for data center migration form Linux to SmartOS including bash system provisioning scripts and SMF based process management configuration.* Created tcp proxy to proxy hundreds of thousands of realtime connections across the open internet. (Don't try this at home.)* Created the Summer of Node.js internship program. Intro hands on week with Substack, Max Ogden, Mikeal Rogers, and Isaac Schlueter. Team lead and successfully overhauled vital metrics infrastructure. 50% retention.* Wrote Node.js Voxer client implementation with cli. Primary utility for testing orchestration.* Wrote functional test infrastructure to test core to the testing Voxer's highly distributed architecture.* Improved the performance of ring architecture and ring member convergence in Voxer's consistent hash ring. From 80 seconds to 3 seconds on the largest consistent hash ring.* Created ARC backed highly distributed disk data store with negative cache and robust not modified handling.* Worked on the first fully cross-functional team to deliver some really cool to be released functionality that I can only talk about vaguely until it comes out. ;-)
