As the Host of this international platform that is also a part of Hilton Johnson Productions, I conducted hundreds of telecasses and webinars with top speakers, authors and experts in Personal Development, Sales & Marketing and Health & Wellness. It was a privilege and an honor to introduce and talk with amazing who are reaching audiences around the world making a difference in people's lives.

In association with Hilton and Lisa Johnson and based on their ProCoach Training Program, we enhanced and developed a one-year training and certification program for professional coaches with a focus on health and wellness. I was the first instructor as we began the HealthCoach Training Program and classes filled quickly. After the first year, four of my graduates became instructors and as the Director of the Program we trained hundreds of coaches to become professionals in this vital field.

Based on my previous experience with local companies I was able to begin as a General Manager in the Concord California location. After two years I was promoted to District Manager of the area known as the Central Coast that includes San Luis Obispo County. I was in this position for many years during a period of growth and expansion that included new openings and remodels. Eventually I supervised 9 locations with 30 managers and hundreds of employees for many years and was recognized in a variety of ways in operations, human resources and training.I was then promoted to Division Training Manager for Northern California. My responsibilities included designing and implementing training programs and procedures in over 50 locations. The success of these programs resulted in overall improvements in the quality of operations and human resources development as measured by employee and customer satisfaction, sales trends, profitability and return on investment.
