I work to improve the value of our baby wipes for our customer and our company. I lead and support various initiatives that improve both product and manufacturability, delivering to the bottom and the bottom line.

Project management, IT system and data conversion project, organize and motivate a team in a matrix organization.

Senior Project Engineer (2001 - 2005)Managed an engineering team to develop a hybrid diesel electric truck for the United States Army. Led a team to develop and implement an advanced occupant restraint system for existing Army vehicles.• Managed over thirty resources from five different departments and met milestones on time.• Maintained customer confidence in the project and product by conducting design and project reviews on a regular basis.• Developed three potential occupant restraint solutions that exceeded customer’s needs, presented a proposal that clearly communicated cost, development and implementation effort for each solution, then implemented chosen solution into production and developed a field service kit.• Presented findings of the occupant restraint system at a Society of Automotive Engineers safety symposium.Project Engineer (1999 - 2001)Led a team that developed a fuel distribution system for the United States Army that could be rapidly deployed and interfaced with the Oshkosh PLS truck.• Created and presented a proposal for the customer to develop a product that would give the customer more functionality and would expand the market of a current vehicle.• Coordinated effort between two vendors supplying the major components to guarantee compatibility between their components and the customer’s equipment.• Conducted customer training on the system and operation of the trucks. The customer was able to deploy the system in 80% less time using less equipment.Design Engineer (1996-1999)• Managed communication between manufacturing and customer.• Prepared change documents to support Army’s change process
