National Training Director
Current- Manage a diverse team of five ranging from individual contributors to first-level managers, dedicated to training design, development, delivery, coaching, and consulting.- Design systems and lead organizational change processes for onboarding 150+ remote employees in soft and hard skills.- Direct planning, execution, and evaluation of major training conferences for 750+ diverse, inter-generational staff nationwide.- Lead curriculum planning teams with 20+ SMEs to train online and in-person training events on topics including DEI, management skills, leadership development, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, and more. - Oversee ~1.2M budget.
