My academic interests involve anthropology, teaching, and genealogy. I have a passion for the research of languages, history, and cultures. I have major experience as a professional genealogist, and have also worked in museums and archives. In 2019-2020, I conducted a Fulbright research project in linguistic anthropology on a rare German dialect spoken in Hungary.
