I conduct live or recorded radio calls and perform as a voice actor for a number of networks. I follow written scripts or act on improv. I am able to act in a number of roles and situations depending on the needs of the position.

I help tutor students in a range of subjects including Anthropology, World History, US History, Art History, European History, Geography, English, Writing, Spanish, and Italian. My students come from a variety of schools and grade levels, including university, high school and middle school levels. For the past 14 years I have been involved in the field of genealogy, conducting research in libraries, churches, archives, cemeteries, record depositories, and on numerous genealogical websites. My experience has been carried out on both a personal and professional level.I have gained skills in transcribing information from historical sources in multiple languages, notably: English, Italian, Hungarian, German and Latin.I have extensive experience in the following specific areas: 19th and 20th century America; United States immigration; Civil War and other American military research; Catholic Church records; cultural pedigree research as far back as the 16th century in Italy, Germany, Hungary, and England.I am particularly skillful in tracking down ancestral towns and “home” villages of ancestors from various countries in Europe.I am well-experienced in compiling narratives and written accounts of ancestors’ lives. I also have significant knowledge in DNA genealogy and ability to trace ancestors through genetic connections.

I worked online as an ESL teacher. I helped children and young adults from China learn and practice the English language. I taught classes involving grammar, vocabulary, speaking, reading, writing, listening, phonetics, pronunciation, and conversation practice. In class, the subjects we covered included social studies, cultural topics, math, science, and general grammar lessons. The students ranged in ages from 4 to 15 years old.

Worked as a linguistic anthropologist in Veszprém, Hungary as a scholarship recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Program. Project involved ethnographic research on a local German minority group known as the “Danube Swabians” and their endangered German dialect. Work consisted of traveling to rural villages, conducting interviews, audio recording the language, visiting cultural sites, archives and libraries, and researching the genealogy of interviewees. Main scope of the project involved analyzing the process of a language in decline and its effect on a culture.
