Full cycle accounting - A/R, Collections, A/P, account reconciliation, Payroll, Budgeting, general ledger maintenance, and P&L reporting

Worked with all aspects of accounting, including preparing financial statements for month-end and year-end, general ledger analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, preparing departmental reports and presenting financial reports to the shareholders and board of directors. Payroll Processing

Supervise and schedule daily activities for deliveries. Outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, negotiate lease agreements; organize sales contracts, process new accounts, created a new database for keeping track of purchase order numbers. Maintain insurance requirements, update licenses and registrations, inventory control, maintain customer files and maintain vendor relations.
