The Guyana Innovation Group is an organization that leverages different technical, relationship and operational skills from a global network of companies and high-net-worth individuals. • Led the conceptual design of an Innovation District (core business platform, data driven) to be developed in Guyana. The District will provide solutions for the world, fostering 200 new tech digital companies, creating and attracting talent (5000 new jobs), attracting capital (initial needed investments of +100 MM USD) and articulating networks. • Designed potential business models for all stakeholders involved.

Co-Founded MUB, a last-mile electric mobility solution service in 2020.• Secured over $1 million USD through SAFE agreements.• Developed and implemented the business development strategy, serving as an active member and mentor for the C-level team.• Defined and implemented the Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) business model for MUB, incorporating an electric UTV with specialized specifications, a software based IoT platform for real-time performance monitoring, and a rental model offering monthly subscriptions with vehicle management by MUB.• Played a key role in business development and go-to-market strategies, utilizing sales skills to close major deals.

Started as an experiment among friends aiming to demonstrate our ability to acquire and successfully manage a company, Axelero Group emerged as a search fund. Industry-agnostic, my partners and I identified a promising investment opportunity in the precast concrete sector, negotiating favorable terms for the acquisition. Ruta N is the innovation agency of the city of Medellín. • Built a team of over 50 cross-functional professionals (product, engineering, sales, support) to deploy + 20 projects.• Increased the ST+i (Science, Technology, and Innovation) investments in Medellin from 0.75% (2015) to 2.25% (2018) of the city’s GDP (GrossDomestic Product). • Created a portfolio of innovation ecosystem services (software and physical). After 3 years of operation, revenue results were +3 MM (USD) in Colombia and Peru.

C2R Engineering is an engineering firm specializing in designing, prototyping, and developing innovative products and solutions for the automotive and healthcare industries.• Co-founded C2R and grew the company to over $1.5 million USD in sales through bootstrapping.• Managed a team of 20 skilled engineers to design, develop, and prototype high-precision engineering products, including orthopedic implants, electric vehicles, cranial and maxillofacial prostheses, and utility task vehicles.• Achieved a 20% increase in client revenues by introducing a new product lineup with four new references, resulting in the granting of an invention patent.• Led the development team for patient-specific implants and established a spin-off company, TECHFIT Digital Surgery, based in Florida, USA - www.techfit-ds.com.• Closed a stock swap agreement with VC Fund.
