Conexus ERG is a Dell employee resource group comprising of over 17000 active members. As part of the Global Conexus leadership team I manage entire budget for Conexus Global. The Conexus ERG focuses on connecting people wherever and however they work. Conexus also helps members to connect to the ever-changing future of our working environment, tools and practices.I help the Chapters and regions coordinate their budget and activities based on direction from Dell Culture D&I Leadership. I assist with purchases and expenses and ensure that spend is recorded as per requirements to ensure budget adherence and best use of financial resources

Over a period of time this ERG has evolved in helping users move from a only remote/office environment to a Hybrid work environment. There are chapters across all regions with more than 10000 members globally.​

Global Analytics and Reporting Lead for Interfaith (Employee Resource Group)Support the Leadership team in executing the Strategy, Goals, Initiatives & Events for ERGs.Collaborate with other Pillar Leads, Regional & Chapter Leads to organise events and programs.As part of the Interfaith ERG Global Leadership team. I have organised and hosted multiple Initiative for Freedom events. The Initiative for freedom program focusses on working with various groups across the globe to highlight and work towards abolishing modern day slavery. In India we are working with the International Justice Mission who have been working with local authorities to rescue victims of violence, restore survivors and strengthen justice systems. We have also worked with Global Concerns India which is focussed on empowering people (specially focussed on women, children and marginalized communities) to be leaders and systematically address inequality and injustice. GCI is also involved in addressing cases of violence against children and women, rescuing of children and youth trafficked, enrollment of children from poor and vulnerable sections of the society to schools and assist them to lead life respectably in society.
