Origination, coordination and execution of Project and Structured Finance deals. Main activities included preparing and negotiating the terms and conditions of financing opportunities, presenting those transactions to the bank’s credit committee, reviewing and negotiating loan documentation, and working in partnership with the commercial team in the financial closing of the transactions.Main achievements:• Advised a Brazilian infrastructure group on BR163-MT toll road concession auction, a R$ 5.4 billion project. Responsible for the financial modelling of the winning bid, for developing various supporting materials for the group’s decision makers and structuring the short and long-term debt facilities with private and public banks.• Advised a consortium formed by two Brazilian infrastructure groups on the public auction for the water sanitation concession AP-5 in Rio de Janeiro/Brazil, a R$ 2.6 billion project and one of the largest sanitation concessions in Brazil. Responsible for the financial modelling of the winning bid and structuring an innovative subordinated long-term debt facility acquired by a Private Equity fund.* Advised a consortium formed by an European concession group and a Brazilian construction group throughout the first round of airports privatization in Brazil, an international public bid process, focused on BSB Airport, a R$ 2.7 billion project.• Structured a R$ 40 million long-term debt facility for a Brazilian wind blade manufacturer, developed reports required by IFC in order to assess the company’s eligibility to IFC’s renewable energy climate financing facility.• Represented Caixa Geral Group during restructuring processes of international syndicated project loans involving multilateral organizations, development banks and international commercial banks. Participated in senior bank meetings, coordinated due diligences and developed internal credit material for waivers approvals.
