Under SDR Consultancy, I ran facilitative action training workshops for staff in private and public schools using LEGO Mindstorms Robotics to plan, design and test robotic programs with LSPe (LEGO Serious Play for education) methods.The focus was on teacher training, pedagogy and applications in an education context. Also ran workshops on the World Robotic Olympiad (WRO) based on my experience of leading teams in WRO Manila and in the WRO Abu Dhabi.

Involved in marketing and generating sales leads for Mathletics, the world's leading mathematics software for learners from K1-12. Attended International Educational Conferences and events for Mathletics.

- The Ministry of Education and ADEC (Abu Dhabi Ecuation Council) set up the PPP (Public Private Partnership) to contract CfBT Education Trust to implement the PPP school improvement project. - I worked with a school based CfBT team with expertise in science, maths, English, IT and myself in EFL and ICT. I was responsible for whole school EFL development and assisted in ICT teacher training and curriculum development.- Delivered whole school improvement EFL and ESP in science, maths and IT, promoted a bi-literate environment (Arabic/English), improved English skills school wide (staff and students), EFL curriculum and resource development.- Under own initiative launched and maintained extracurricular projects such as F1 in Schools, LEGO Mindstorms Robotics and the English debating society.-Set up E Learning initiatives project wide. Implemented an online assessment scheme, the results of which could be benchmarked against the CEF (Common European Framework) and delivered training throughout schools for staff and learners (400+ people).-Started the careers guidance centre for a school of 400+ students and coordinated with companies and Higher Education authorities to establish links between the business community and the school. Frequently attended recruitment fairs for prospective candidates.

Helped set up the foundation program from its inception. The program centred around delivering academic reading and writing skills, TOEFL preparation and general English support programs for the first 2 years. For the last 2 years several state of the art CALL labs were installed and myself and 2 colleagues pioneered E learning throughout the University under the direction of the E learning centre. Further e learning programs were built in including the introduction of IC3.
