As the head of the Order-to-Delivery team at Polestar, I had the privilege to guide a diverse group of 12 developers (2 FE and 10 BE engineers). We crafted an efficient solution by leveraging DDD, event-sourcing and serverless functions. These were instrumental in handling the heavy domain-driven work and were powered by AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and S3.Under my stewardship, we managed to launch our solution successfully in 8 distinct markets, some of which had highly complex order flows for license and registration. This multi-market expansion is a testament to the agility, innovation, and problem-solving capabilities of our dedicated team.A particular highlight was handling the surge in traffic during Polestar's Super Bowl commercial. Our team's preparations ensured smooth operation and zero downtime, effectively managing a significant influx of online activity and maintaining an optimum user experience throughout. This achievement demonstrates our ability to anticipate challenges and deliver under high-pressure situations.

I led the development of a fintech company for a major loan brokerage, managing day-to-day activities and overseeing a team of developers in Sweden and Poland. I also collaborated with stakeholders within and outside the company to plan projects and discuss the future of the business.Through my involvement in the development process, I created proof of concept solutions that were further developed to meet important business needs. I also built various tools to streamline workflows, improve system performance and reliability, and enhance monitoring capabilities.Our efforts led to a successful migration from a legacy system to a modern architecture that utilized microservices and lambdas. Additionally, we transformed the system from a consumer loan-oriented model to one centered around applicants, allowing for the seamless integration of new products, such as credit cards and mortgage loans.The system now boasts an impressive average monthly payout of over $20,000,000, and has integrated with over 40 banks across three markets in Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

I architected and built an end-to-end Mobile Device Management (MDM) system called DuoSTATION MDM (https://duostation.com/products/duostation-mdm/). The system fully implements the iOS MDM protocol and includes a backend, frontend, Windows applications, Mac OS X applications (Cocoa and terminal), iOS client app, Windows services, web services, system-to-client messaging, as well as integrations with WURFL Cloud and Cellsynt SMS.In addition to the development work, I also designed and implemented a highly automated deployment tool for the entire system.The Mac OS X applications include a client for DuoSTATION, an application for resigning .IPA files after modification, and an application that generates unique .IPA files in batches.Throughout the development process, I used a variety of programming languages including C#, Objective-C, Java, JavaScript, and Go, and technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, WebForms, Entity Framework, and jQuery Mobile.
