    As the head of the Order-to-Delivery team at Polestar, I had the privilege to guide a diverse group of 12 developers (2 FE and 10 BE engineers). We crafted an efficient solution by leveraging DDD, event-sourcing and serverless functions. These were instrumental in handling the heavy domain-driven work and were powered by AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and S3.Under my stewardship, we managed to launch our solution successfully in 8 distinct markets, some of which had highly complex order flows for license and registration.     I architected and built an end-to-end Mobile Device Management (MDM) system called DuoSTATION MDM (https://duostation.com/products/duostation-mdm/). The system fully implements the iOS MDM protocol and includes a backend, frontend, Windows applications, Mac OS X applications (Cocoa and terminal), iOS client app, Windows services, web services, system-to-client messaging, as well as integrations with WURFL Cloud and Cellsynt SMS.In addition to the development work, I also designed and implemented a highly automated deployment tool for the entire system.The Mac OS X applications include a client for DuoSTATION, an application for resigning .IPA files after modification, and an application that generates unique .IPA files in batches.Throughout the development process, I used a variety of programming languages including C#, Objective-C, Java, JavaScript, and Go, and technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, WebForms, Entity Framework, and jQuery Mobile.
