  In this role, I support the director in various administrative tasks related to award and grant management, including billing and budget spend-down tracking, work plan development, performance reporting, procurement, and processing contractor payments. Primary responsibilities and accomplishments included:-Provides budget tracking to actual and supports billing for 24 active cooperative agreements, which total nearly $40M in federal funding. Experience includes award oversight including, and not limited to, the following federal programs/funding sources: CDBG-DR, CPD, EHV, ESG CARES Act, HMIS/NDAP, HOME, McKinney, YHDP, and PFS (HUD-DOJ). Additionally, I provide grant and administrative support for HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) programs, including SURE/Ryan White HIV/AIDS. -Reviews and prepares performance reporting for 80+ active work plans, including data entry into DRGR (Disaster Recovery and Grant Reporting System) for work plans and applicable tasks.-Oversees procurement, invoicing, disbursement tracking, and payment of federal subcontractors and subrecipients in collaboration with Finance.-Conducts 508 Compliance of documents for publication, which optimizes the accessibility of written documents for individuals with visual impairments. -Manages CSH’s subscription/use of HUD’s Technical Assistance Portal and Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting databases.
