I am responsible mainly for architecture consultancy on Payments and Finance domains and for the methodology of enterprise and business architecture. I set up the team collaboration for the enterprise model (Archi@Git). For the IT Strategy initiative, I've analyzed the application portfolio and proposed transition architectures. During the Wuestenrot acquisition we've simplified (i.e., decommissioned systems) the original Wüstenrot IT architecture, and integrate the remaining systems with Moneta systems.

Handover and enhance the solution architecture team (4 subordinates). Define the functional solution architecture methodology and set-up the shared repository (Archi + GIT). Close cooperation with all business lines, IT departments and suppliers. Direct reporting to CIO.
