 Maintain PCs and laptops, imaging, hardware maintenance, replace old PCs with new; user migration. Troubleshoot problems with PCs, printers, network connectivity, and user applications. Plan, and set up new labs and classrooms including PCs, network equiptment, printers and projectors. Carry out work orders in a timely fashion. Observe and delegate technology needs to I.T. department head.

 Implement and support a wide range of products including Outlook/Exchange, MS Server 2003, Windows Mobile, XP, Vista, VPNs, RDP, cabling and physical layer, network printers, file shares and permissions, group policy, DHCP, DNS, Digium Switchvox VOIP systems, Polycom and Cisco phones, QoS, T1s (single and multilink), and more. Provide network assessments and documentation for new customers, or for existing customers planning to make changes to their network. Provide technical support both remotely and on site. Serve as network administrator for many companies in many different types of business. Record and track problem activity through use of our trouble ticketing software. Manage simultaneous tasks/cases Ensure that technical help desk tickets are processed and completed in a timely and accurate manner. Be the central point of contact for reporting all problems and the inquiry of the status of a problem. Liaison for customers with ISPs/NOC departemts to solve vendor related issues. Manage VIOP system planning, implementation, and support.
