Overall responsibility for managing an annual 8,000 delegate convention. Held for 3 days each July in Glasgow, this role was part-time throughout the year, and full-time throughout July to safely manage this popular event. Working with 16 departmental managers and a team of 500 people, this convention required agile project management skills and coordination with the SEC venue team.In addition to this Scotland-based role, my work also included contract negotiation for North England.
