CurrentWe are the Jute and Cotton Bags manufacturer,based in Kolkata. We have an "all women" factory where we identify local women needing support and invite them to attend training workshops, where they learn the art of stitching and bag making.Poverty in slum areas is a major concern as the household income is very low.Our aims to alleviate poverty among local women and improve their living standards.The project is designed as a small-sized bag sewing unit under a working program for the betterment of slum women and their employment.This project will be a source of livelihood for most women who, in turn, will be in a position to support their children's education. We have helped almost 350 families by the time we have started this project.We recognize there are different players in this field, but we are exceptional because of our social cause.
