Graduate from Humboldt State University (Cal Poly Humboldt) with a BA in History. Working on my masters in Psychology, working toward a doctorate in either Neuropsychology or neuro-ophthalmology. I want to pursue the goal of helping others using the experiences and skills I developed over my years in customer service and mental health and provide those services as well as assist others in preparing to work in the mental health field.I have a condition called Visual Snow Syndrome (VSS). This condition is for the most part benign but is classifed as a neurological condition that that presents as continuous visual disturbances along with other symptoms. For this reason I have chosen to work toward my current goals with the hope of assisting others as awareness for of condition grows.My interests led me to using my understanding and skills to build a practice of helping others via therapeutic life coaching. As I learn new skills I will adapt my practice along the way. I plan to use whatever I learn along the way to help progress the practices in neuroscience, to assist others experiencing VSS and Visual Snow (VS), and to act as a researcher, a coach, and and a To me learning various forms of expression, techniques, and skills are necessary to create anything meaningful because ideally there are no "one-trick ponies" and if I have the ability to learn and utilize these skills why not share them.
