Responsible for the technical execution, cost, and schedule of combat systems programs with a 14M annual budget and supervision of 30+ scientists, engineers, logisticians, and technicians. Plan, coordinate, and direct work related to enterprise combat systems installations, in-service support, logistics, and advance planning onboard US Navy Ships.

Responsible for overseeing all software development and engineering tasking related to a major US Navy radar display used aboard all combatant surface ships and developing the next generation of radar display systems. Led a team of software developers and interns to research and develop the next generation radar display to replace the AN/SPA-25H Radar Indicator Group installed onboard US Navy Surface Ships (AN/SPA-25J).Authored interface design specification for RS422 communication between the AN/SPA-25H Radar Indicator Group and Computer Aided Dead Reckoning Trace CADRT

Designed and developed the first version of the user interface for the Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Maintenance Tool Kit (MTK) Application. The MTK is the diagnostic tool for sailors troubleshooting and installing SSDS combat systems equipment. This application was written in Java.

Researched and prepared a technical report to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) providing recommendations for a High Voltage Power Supply to be exempted from specialty metals import restrictions related to the Berry Amendment and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS). Participated in working groups to prevent parts obsolescence in the Fleet.

Provide solutions for joint training program architecture with Modeling & Simulation (M&S) capabilities of the Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC) and Joint Training Enterprise Network (JTEN) to stimulate C2 systems and instrumentation in the live training environment.
