I have spent my entire professional career serving clients in some fashion and in that time one thing has become apparent to me – realism. It’s this approach that has guided my path towards leadership and by implementing a servant-style leadership, my team understands that we win as a team and we lose as a team. I instill in my team the sense of empowerment so they can make corrections, decisions, and choices on their own. This way, they can stand on their own and determine their own success. I am lucky to have served in the Technology industry for over 20 years and look forward to what is to come. It’s an ever evolving field that proves to be the type of challenge that I look forward to every day as I walk in the office.
