I am a graduate of Aviation Technology with Pilot Studies at the University of Leeds. I attained a first class (Hons).I hold a 'fATPL' (CAA CPL(A) and APS MCC from VA Airline Training). Now working as Operational Safety Manager at Eastern Airways. This role includes a variety of tasks including flight data analysis, flight safety investigations, publications, hazard identification and risk assessment, delivering training and conducting interviews.My degree encompassed a wide range of topics within the aviation industry from the theory behind flight to the practical flying of an aeroplane and everything in between, including airport/airline operations, economics, health and safety, and management.I have, and continue to have, experience in the volunteer and faith sectors, particularly regarding IT and social media. But it also includes leadership roles and chairing meetings. I ran my own business, Media for Ministry Ltd, for over 4 years (including self-employment). I am a regular volunteer at Greenbelt Festival, working as a compere at one of the main music venues,My role as a football referee has placed me in challenging situations requiring diligence and confidence.
