I currently lead a team of 11 Sales Representatives (BCRs) and work closely with the merchandising, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure all Large Format accounts in the Joplin, MO metro area are serviced to the appropriate standard. Year to date (YTD) I have led my team to a 7.2% growth in volume accounting for 68,596 additional cases and a 7.1% growth in revenue accounting for an additional $2.4 million. This has been achieved through effective training and outstanding communication to ensure all counterparts have the necessary information for success. I pull data from Tableau daily to drill down where the most opportune areas are to ensure maximum growth and employee satisfaction. To add, in order to achieve satisfaction with Walmart I pull data from Power BI daily and break it down to my team in order to address our biggest opportunities from an in-stock perspective.

I mastered all sides of the business including but not limited to: PSR role, Merch Sup role, Delivery Sup role, Warehouse, SDL, and more. I led a team of three to six sales representatives where I led an effective On-The-Street (OTS) reset season in 2022, helped launch a smooth G2DSD transition (entailed the takeover of Gatorade for our location), and played a big part in raising Olathe's As Services As Scheduled (ASAS) score YTD by 6.3%. As an SDL Designate, I effectively managed and scheduled my team to ensure that all OTS accounts for the Olathe location (560+) were reset by Q1 2023.

I was tasked to get the Tulsa location's Order Process Compliance (OPC) score to an 80%. I obtained this goal by getting the location's score to an 86%. I was able to do this by going on route rides with every sales rep, getting familiar with all of the accounts, watching them perform the OPC process, and then providing effective coaching.
