I use my skills in CRM, reporting and analysis, and data visualization to provide insights and recommendations for product improvement, customer satisfaction, and business growth. I also leverage my knowledge and experience in the respiratory and leasing segments of the business, where I previously worked as a specialty agreements coordinator and a business and reporting analyst.
