Project incorporated the redesign of current procure-to-pay business processes, development of a financial model that demonstrated project benefits, and the creation of a prioritized implementation plan. Client recognized cost savings of ~$100 million.

Key projects included the following:• Prepared a feasibility study and business case for company’s internet-based, electronic invoicing and accounts payable initiative. Project received funding based on identified cost savings to the company of $12 million over five years.• Created business case and managed execution of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) project that repositioned in-house content management processes to a third party vendor.
