-Full cycle vetting candidates for Fortune 500 corporations and law firms, hiring attorneys, paralegals, executive assistants and legal support roles. -Conducted 125 calls per week sourcing for candidates utilizing Salesforce (ATS) applicant tracking system data base.-Conducted 10-15 interviews per week, placing candidates on temp/contract to hire positions. -Participated in virtual client meetings with c-suite executives, managing partners, general counsels, attorneys and HR Directors affirming the hard skills required for the candidate. -Onboarding candidates ensuring compliance documents, references and background checks.

-Managed 40-45 employees for scheduling and submitting direct reports at a 24/7, 365 day operation. -Completed 1200-1400 transactions per day on a regular basis pre-pandemic. -Responsible for coordinating and executing concierge VIP, CEO executives dealing with high end clientele with professionalism. - Managed and coordinated fleet/logistics of new inventory adding to our fleet of 20K cars. -Promoted to Level 2 management.
