- Temporarily lead the sales team as we transitioned to a new leadership structure.- Led a cross-functional initiative to transition all existing customers to new license agreements.- Grew ARR by an additional $4+ MM over a six month period.- Led hiring initiatives to diversify our existing sales team into more focused and functional units, including field sales, account management, sales engineering, and sales operations.

- Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including pre-sales engineering, contract negotiation, lead management, sales operations, and account management for all GitHub Enterprise customers.- Worked with the sales team to innovate on and develop our sales process to better cater to our customer base in a highly collaborative environment.- Worked and processed over $5M in transactions accounting for over $6M in Annually Recurring Revenue in a 10 month period.- Worked with management and the current sales team to grow the team from 5 to 9 representatives by the beginning of 2014.
