- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer to provide executive administrative support to the CEO and Board of Trustees including drafting responses, processing expenses, taking detailed meeting notes, publishing electronic agendas, and booking external resources for events- Review, update and train staff on administrative procedures and practices- Organize and schedule all Board meetings, handling individual and shared calendars, contacts and other resources by leveraging Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites- Professional management of Foundation relationships, both external and internal including Board members, employees, consultants, grantees and other stakeholders to support the CEO and Foundation

- Complete all requirements of the hearings process by clerking disciplinary hearings and providing support to elected Benchers and Hearing Panel members while adhering to policy and legislation- Safeguard materials for hearings, take notes of proceedings, track witnesses, ensuring that endorsement has been completed accurately and ensure that record is complete- Provide information in a concise format to Benchers and Hearing Panel members with regard to the Rules of Practice and Procedure and other applicable legislation, attended disciplinary proceedings, accurately recorded minutes during the hearing and drafted Decisions and Orders- Communicate with adjudicators, panel members and parties via email and over the telephone, ensuring that all information is accurate, and tracked appropriately- Create agendas and notice of pre-hearing conference and send to the parties and panel members in accordance with the Rules of Practice and Procedure- Review of draft reasons which includes review and formatting of reasons, release and publication of reasons and sending orders and reasons to parties in accordance with Rules of Practice and Procedure- Cross-trained as Executive Assistant to the Chair
