Jack Schreder & Associates (JSA) is an established educational consulting firm with a proven record in providing school districts with a comprehensive, multi-criteria analysis to assist school districts in making informed decisions for future planning of school facilities. Our work includes the completion of State funding applications and developer fee studies.

While working as a Director of Major Gifts at The Thacher School, I was responsible for soliciting of individuals and foundations for major and principal gifts to support Thacher's the Next Peak current campaign worth $190M. I conducted in-person visits and virtual visits as well as delivered written proposals, resulting in achieving over $1.5 - $4M in capital support annually. I also provided strategic directions as well as implemented long- and short-term strategies for the major gifts program. I interacted with the annual fund and alumni relations team to oversee daily functions. Acted as a key member of Admission Committee and Diversity Council.Here are some of the accomplishments from this role:• Utilized $1.5M to create and execute fellowship programs for students.• Attained challenge grant of $2.5M for the building of the new creativity and technology center.• Received $1.5M for financial aid in current gifts and $2.0M in estate gifts.• Served as key member of Admission Committee and Diversity Council.

It was another great opportunity for me to accelerate my career growth. While serving as a Director of Annual Giving and Special Gift during, I was liable for managing a portfolio of 100+ high-profile gift prospects. I utilized my effective managerial skills in managing the annual fund process by accumulating $2.8 - $3.5M+ for the annual support of Thacher. I organized a network of 200 volunteers to harness annual giving efforts. My leadership skills are exceptional which I utilized in this job by Engaging individuals for leadership gifts to annual funds worth $25K to $100K.
