    As a senior member of EMEA management reporting directly to the EMEA GM /Sales SVP my role is that of a player-coach tasked with attracting, developing and retaining talented Solutions consultants. During this time, I have also carried out a number of supporting roles for Saba as required, including Account Management while certain roles remained unfilled, and Engagement Management to ensure successful transition from sales into enablement. I also played in integral part in supporting the transformation of Saba’s business from an on-premise licenses plus customisations supplier, to a true cloud based subscription proposition.
