Knowledgebase Administrator
Current- Analyze complex technical data and translate it into an easy to understand format for various levels of expertise
- Reduce repetitive problem tickets by providing detailed solutions to the root cause of the problems reported
- Contribute to the internal development of the knowledge base by defining requirements, setting project milestones, and creating test plans to validate functionality
- Design and execute test cases for the internal global search tool and provide feedback on overall functionality and ease of use
- Create standard operating procedures, guidelines, and work instructions for the knowledge base with regular updates to accommodate changing requirements
- Develop and maintain user manuals and the style guide for the knowledge base
