I am 40+ years old and I have stopped counting. After finishing Faculty of mathematics and natural sciences, department of IT technology in Novi Sad, Serbia I have been working and learning from the best professionals in the field. Being in the IT industry for more than 20 years, working in companies providing outsourcing services was the most valuable experience for me.Collaborating with clients from many countries, as Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Czech Republic, France, and mostly with Netherlands, Germany and UK, gave me opportunity to see and learn cultural and business differences and to be able to respect and adopt to everyone’s system, and even to level up their differences in order to come up with a mutual successful stories.Leading a team of 15 people was my everyday job for last 8 years. It made a certain influence on my professional orientation. I had less time for development, and I become a Scrum master, teacher and a team leader – as it was always acknowledged and expected from me.
