The SaaS Prod and Platform Operations role is responsible for support and delivery of Accenture APP's Life and Annuity insurance offering as a cloud-hosted or cloud native service. Responsibilities include developing best practices and managing solution elements concerning platform uptime, security and compliance, SaaS related DevOps, product upgrade operations, infrastructure utilization optimization, and middleware performance of the services.

• Conversion leader of successful migration to new systems on time. Built execution plan for operational data conversion. Incorporated multiple applications and database export and conversion programs and processes along with backup and DR plans. Ran the plan over multiple months of testing to refine and tune the process for the final production conversion. • Corporate audits passed for all development, integration, testing and productions environments.
