I am currently overseeing two applications, the first is ServU. It is an app focused on the service industry employees and offers them additional streams of income through privately booked events. I created the website for this app and it has been launched, it is in the beta testing phase still. S.S. Mentor is an app focused on tracking and monitoring mentor youth programs and measuring the success and health of the mentees, it is also being converted to a dual application that would serve as an advisor tool to monitor and track student’s success and health.

I worked as an Assistant Property Manager; my main duties are to tend to condominium and residential needs. My day-to-day duties involve fielding issues, communicating with excellent customer service, and ensuring the issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Making sure these issues are dealt with properly means accessing the cause of the issue, determining the best way to repair the issue, and scheduling the logistics of the repair. My secondary duties involve administrative task, such as bill payments, organizing files and keeping them up to date, and monitoring emails.

CaseSherpa is a startup in healthcare software, it focuses on patient engagement services for physician clinics and hospitals. My responsibilities at CaseSherpa began with patient management and engagement but I was eventually promoted to an Account Manager role. My job responsibilities included nurturing the clinics and hospitals we had as clients, reporting monthly to them on our services, and handle new client on-boarding. These tasks required implementing strategic timelines, retrieving data to give status updates for clients, and growing our relationship and business opportunities with clients.

Job responsibilities include fielding continuous phone calls, emails, and messages from clients that include home owners and property managers. Provide immediate service and support to these clients to solve immediate and/or ongoing concerns with the property management services provided by the company. Conduct other general office duties associated with customer support functions. Provide timely responses and reports to management regarding client status and overall customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities included the safe and efficient operation of multiple ski lifts. Operate assigned lifts safely and efficiently, providing physical assistance to guests as required. Maintain all operational aspects of assigned lifts – ramps, mazes and signs. Provide customer service at the highest level toward all guests.

Job responsibilities included working all aspects of the restaurant during this internship program, including front and back of house duties.
