ACO program operations under my leadership include modeling and negotiating payer program total cost of care targets, administering hospital fixed payment programs for Medicare and Medicaid attributed lives, overseeing the Comprehensive Payment Reform Program – OneCare’s all-payer fixed payment and incentive program for primary care practices, leading clinical and payment reform initiatives, and distributing incentive payments to providers based on quality measure performance and initiative participation.
