My contribution:I worked as product manager as well as in a marketing capacity for a video messaging mobile application.Activities: • Oversaw digital advertising• Interpreted user data to inform and lead development of new product features• I identified outsourcing opportunities and software products and processes to improve team productivity. Results:• New users jumped from 12k to 250k within one month of rebrand and relaunch.• Brought cost per acquisition down from over $1 to below 2¢.
