Working towards Microsoft’s globally managed System Integrator Partners in Global Channel Sales for Partner Enablement & Practice Development.Collaborate closely with the Partner eco-system (Partner Alliance Teams, L&D Teams and Practice Leads) & Microsoft’s eco-system (GCS Enablement Leads, GCS Solution Leads, Business Groups, Architect Community) to develop & support Microsoft Cloud readiness engagements across GSI landscape globally. Strong track record for conceptualizing, enabling & executing technology initiatives at scale via mainstream & learning partners. Initiatives include: virtual training sessions, in-depth/hands-on architect workshops, large scale “Cloud Week” events, hackathons, etc. Plus provide guidance to utilize unique offerings, in close collaboration with Worldwide learning, such as, Enterprise Skills Initiative (certification) and Train-the-trainer skilling (scale enablement).
