As Director of Kids Kampus 2 Learning Center I have been able to achieve a higher star level with Youngstar. Involve our students in the community by food and pet drives and trips to our local food pantry, animal shelter, police station and fire department. I have started a Facebook page that I use for the families for updates on their children's days as well as marketing and hiring. We have also been able to utilize our Facebook page for fundraisers that not only benefit our center but also benefit local small business start ups as well.

As Assistant Director of Kids Kampus of Muskego I am responsible for day to day operations at the center. I assist with hiring and firing in addition to assisting with running the four sessions of the 4k program through the Muskego Norway School District. I attend district events and represent the center, and also represent the center at the school district’s annual spring concert. I am required to effectively communicate with parents and staff, and ensure that each child is experiencing a safe and nurturing environment.

As a server at Matty’s Bar and Grille I am responsible for providing incomparable hospitality with 7-8 table sections in a high volume bar and restaurant atmosphere. I am responsible for impeccable attention to detail and providing each and every one of our guest with an amazing positive experience. I am responsible for taking orders, explaining menu items, upselling menu items, specialty cocktails as well as promoting our Matty’s app and various clubs we have at the grille.I am responsible for running side work such as pre-bussing tables, rolling silverware, general table maintenance. I assist with events and promotions that are going on in the restaurant.

As a server at Rainforest Café I was responsible for providing a specialty guest experience. I was responsible for a 3-4 table section in a very high volume restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort. I was responsible for running side work such as table maintenance, pre-bussing and food running. I was also responsible for post-shift side work such as stocking specialty items and ensuring the restaurant was ready for the morning team. I was responsible for upselling menu items and Safari Club Memberships to encourage guests to return to Landry’s concepts.

After relocation to Florida I was also a part of the opening team for the Kissimmee location. I was a front of the house shift supervisor as well as a bartender
