KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED- Responsible for complete mechanical design of Hydraulic Modular and Mechanical trailers for Domestic and International Markets.- Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials for new designs- Responsible for Dynamics and analyzing the critical areas in the trailers for optimum design.- Responsible for analyzing the incoming enquires from sales department, and preparing accurate General Arrangement and Layout Drawings.- Responsible for establishing the specifications for the material procurement and play active role in helping the purchase dept. in developing these new materials.- Helping the service team in trouble shooting and overhauling.- Handled the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) of a trailer before it is released for manufacturing.- Involved in training of new Engineers.- Clearing non-conformity and quality notifications. - Involved in providing optimum design at minimum cost in order to be competitive in the market.
