I am a Civil Engineer with more then 10 years of experience working on infrastructural projects in Bulgaria, Civil enginering and in the renewable energy field. My experience connected with different roles mostly at highways and railway engineering and structures. As an engineer I am a big picture thinker, on one hand, regarding the project concept and its feasibility and on the other, I am very detail-oriented during the phases of construction. I see myself as an effective leader having a vision of where to go and the ability to articulate it. I have the ability and comfort to communicate with people at all levels as project leadership calls for clear communication about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations and feedback. The leader must have the ability to effectively negotiate and use persuasion when necessary to ensure the success of the team and project – combination of qualities I believe I possess. I am highly motivated and always determined to deliver the job on time and as per the requirements of the Clients and Company`s Quality System. Independent person, but at the same time able to be liberal team leader. I have a professional mind-set, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have worked on road, railway and highway projects and have been successful so far in providing the highest standards of construction for any size project.
