Currently, David works at IEEE, pronounced "Eye-triple-E,"​ which stands for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. IEEE is the world's largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities.As a Senior Producer and Events Designer and a Digital Event Strategist for the IEEE Strategic Programs group, David is part of a team of event production specialists servicing a global community of technology professionals, conference organizers and meeting planners. Their suite of services includes brainstorming new event paradigms, exploring new audiences, researching new tools, trialing new methodologies, creating highly produced content, elevating IEEE’s event profile, and making it easy for organizers to innovate. He specializes in producing events, especially public imperatives, and those that deliver directly on the IEEE mission - also known as 'One IEEE' events. David provides research, analysis, guidance, support and subject matter expertise both directly and indirectly to staff and volunteers on conference processes, policies and procedures, sponsorships, tools, and event production best practices – for both face-to-face and digital events. David heads up the IEEE Digital Events team, and is a certified Digital Event Strategist (DES). Since 2014, he has produced over 120 online events, with nearly 10,000 total attendees.David is a graduate of Rutgers University, class of 2005, with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology. He and his wife, Heather, live together in Central New Jersey with their two daughters – Malorie and Camryn. In his spare time, he enjoys being active, exercise & the outdoors. David also enjoys watching and playing all sports, keeping up on the latest tech trends, food, and visiting the Jersey Shore and New York City.
