Project ManagerRosendin Jul 2019 - Oct 2021San Jose, Ca, UsPursuit leader for the successful bid of a first-of-its-kind bio-pharmaceutical building for a confidential client that aims to deliver innovative therapies to patients with serious and life-threatening diseases. I worked collaboratively with the engineers from Ireland and Owner's Representative as the Design-Assist Project Manager for the electrical, low voltage, fire alarm, lightning protection, emergency first-responder DAS, heat trace, and security scopes. This project had a fast-tracked construction schedule that was impacted 4 months into pre-construction, when the COVID-19 Pandemic shut down most of the world. All major equipment and many commodity items were impacted by factory shutdowns and material shortages. Despite these setbacks, the project was successfully completed and turned over to the owner who will pursue FDA approval for this manufacturing facility.
