  • Designed new workflow for integrating customer orders and inventory with the accounting system that reduced weekly errors by 3%
  • Devised and implemented disaster contingency plans that allowed seamless transfer of our ecommerce website to an alternate provider which saved which saved $4600 in sales when the data center we used was down for 10.
