Accomplishment: Senior Enlisted team member with J6 Staff responsible for 2016 Vital Connection and 2016 Cascadia Rising Exercises. These exercises were in strict coordination with NORTHCOM, FEMA Region X, Washington State Military department, as well as civilian authorities and out-of-state DoD units to ensure interoperability. These efforts were to test and verify how leadership and first responders could operate during a catastrophic event.

I served as NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge) for the Joint Incident Site Communication Capability (JISCC) for Terminal 04 & Terminal 118 aiding domestic operations to benefit FEMA Region X. Maintaining a high level of participation led to 141st CF being selected as a lead unit for the National Guard Capstone redesign event.
