KeeperHR is a technology startup in its beta phase. The Keeper platform enables candidates to show who they are through visual imagery and other types of digital media. Instead of sifting through hundreds of impersonal resumes, hiring managers screen candidates for personality and soft skills first and only hire applicants who are a culture fit.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

- Led daily stand-up meetings and one-on-one meetings with my team of 8 Data Science students to facilitate the sharing of ideas and monitor student progress. Communicated between product stakeholders, technical managers, UX design managers, and product managers- Every month for a week-long project, I led a team of 8 web developers, data scientists and UX designers through the software development product cycle. Tasks included overseeing and approving product research, feature releases, and reviewing code for product release canvases. This is in addition to the normal 1:1 and stand-up meetings with my eight Data Science students
