Provide mentorship for a team of seven developers and seven contractors.Worked with the contracted consulting company, and oversaw the development of a physical master data management (MDM) implementation utilizing IBM MDM AE 11.3 (party model) with the probabilistic matching engine (PME), consolidating six (6) disparate healthcare provider data sources and mastering in excess of 1M parties.Leveraging Informatica Power Center, redesigned the existing ETL ingestion process for our member MDM solution which reduced the run time by 25%, reducing process run failures by nearly 100%, and decreased the source to MDM data lag by twelve (12) hours.Worked with the contracted consulting company during the development of a virtual MDM implementation utilizing IBM MDM SE 11.3 for our member base, mastering in excess of 7M entities.

Stabilized, extended, and architected performance improvements to the Informatica Power Center ETL based Enterprise Data Warehouse membership subject area allowing for the daily reconciliation of nearly 4M members in less than 6 hours, a reduction in run times by nearly 50%.Developed and architected the Enterprise Data Warehouse membership subject area that allows for the daily reconciliation of all membership (more than 2.8M members). The current iteration of the subject area primarily utilizes Informatica as the ETL Tool, there are some PL/SQL components in Oracle 11g, while the previous version was a pure Oracle solution utilizing PL/SQL and Oracle 10g.

Directly lead and guided a team of up to eight developers during the initial development of the membership subject area, delivering a product to our internal business partners needs and requirements in less than 12 months.Developed CMS Medicare Part C and D regulatory reporting solutions using COGNOS and Informatica with MS SQL Server as the backend that allowed for internal audit of business processes and mandatory reporting to CMS based upon their scheduled deadlines.Developed and architected an internal CMS Enrollment Metrics dashboard that allowed our Medicare enrollment team to monitor and track our compliance with established CMS regulatory requirements for various correspondences from WellCare to our Medicare members. Such items included, but not limited to, welcome packets, ID cards, enrollment and disenrollment letters.Developed and architected a Medicaid premium reconciliation application utilizing the purely Oracle based membership subject area. This reconciliation application allowed for the daily reconciliation of all Medicaid premiums received (more than $6B annually). This application was to replace an existing process that utilized a SAS based membership subject area. This former process could only allow for weekly reconciliation.

Re-engineered and evolved the in-house all-in-one software solution for Help Desk, Annual Budgeting, Inventory Control, Order Management and Human Resources functions using MS Access with Oracle 10g. This software provided data entry and reporting and featured internal user security that allowed for the restriction of access to modules the end user was not cleared to access. The software was used daily by the Systems Management and the Human Resources teams. During annual budgeting and IT procurement, the application was used by the various department heads to manage their IT hardware/software requests.

Manatron provides enterprise-level, integrated property software systems and services for state and local government to allow the administration of property recording, tax assessment, billing and collection.I worked on developing their Tax Manager software. It is written in Visual Basic with an Oracle back end. This software is used by local county government agencies for the administration of real estate property taxes, tax sales, and occupational licensing.

WLT Software provide benefit administration and claims processing software for Insurance Companies, Third Party Administrators and Self Administered Groups. Their benefit administration software is designed to provide fast and accurate real-time claims processing.I worked on developing their DOS product using C, migrating legacy product from IBM Series I written in EDL.I worked on developing their Windows product in C++ with an Oracle back end.
