Oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-million fabrication and field services department. -Established a reliable system to deliver repeatable bids on labor within 5 percent of actual labor hours. -Collaborate with a team of project managers, trade professionals, and subcontractors across multiple job sites across the southeast.-Lead a company campaign to build an employee training program for candidates to enter the industrial market and create a more diverse workforce.-Facilitated the overhaul of Zuuk's 35,000 SQ-FT facilities to create a manufacturing center to engineer and design ASME and NBBI pressure vessels and components.

Acted as both site supervisor and project manager with responsibility for safety, budget, company recourses, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
